I'm in love with writing, editing, social media, & public relations. You can usually find me reading up on the latest news, listening to music, attempting to paint, & loving on my friends & family.
While I was scrolling through my Tumblr dashboard instead of doing homework (one of my favorite hobbies), a post entitled, “Trends Guys Hate” caught my eye. The post, of course, went on to make fun of said trends that guys apparently dislike and I was interested in the enlightenment it could offer.
It doesn't matter if it's your boyfriend, girlfriend or best friend; communication is just as important as trust and honesty in every relationship....
Condemning someone for being a "sl*t," posting their private pictures, or terrorizing them through the Internet says nothing about them as a person but says absolutely everything about you. Although you may think you’re doing the world some kind of justice for “exposing” someone for participating in a normal thing like sex, posting a hate remark anonymously about someone says more about you than anyone else.
On a daily basis, women are subjected to verbal remarks or even physical advances when it’s completely and utterly unwanted. Unfortunately, encountering harassment by merely walking around outside isn’t the least of our worries. Many of us have to deal with this when we clock into work.

Papers, tests, bills, and other every day anxieties can feel like they are almost too much to handle, especially during a time where a lot of deadlines are making their way into your life. The most important thing to remember is to try to not let it overwhelm you as much as you possibly can, even though it may seem like you are getting to a point where it is too much to deal with. Relax, take deep breaths, and remember that everything is fine even though it may not seem like it is right now.
